Reservations
Cots and extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability.
Children up to 2 years old stay in cots free of charge (except for some exceptions mentioned).
Children between 3 and 12 years old pay a fee that varies depending on the season.
For children over 12 years old, the price of an extra bed varies. Please contact us.
Prices may include a buffet breakfast (some rates do not include breakfast) and access to all our free services (Wi-Fi in rooms and common areas).
Cancellations and Other Information
Reservations made with a Non-Refundable Rate do not allow cancellations or changes.
In case of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be made.
Reservations made at the Best Available Rate allow cancellations or changes up to 48 hours before the check-in date. If the cancellation or change is made after 48 hours, the amount is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation after 48 hours or no-show, no refund will be made.
Credit card required at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card.
(There may be other cancellation policies that will always be mentioned in the booking).
Other
The Made Inn Entroncamento Hotel is a 100% non-smoking establishment; smoking is only permitted outside.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in from 2 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.; check-out by 12 p.m.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
